Arbriation
Arbriation is a version of the Aviation cocktail, cocktail first published in 1916 by Hugo Ensslin, in his book “Recipe for mix drinks”. We complete this version with Violet Liqueur and triple sec liqueur. Explosion of aromas.
Arbriation recipe:
4’5cl Gin L’Arbre
1’5cl Violet liqueur Teichenné
1’5 Triple sec liqueur Teichenné
1cl liquid sugar (optional to increase the sweet)
Preparation of Arbriation: “Shake” all the ingredients, serve it in a cocktail glass and garnish with lemon peel.
