Asinmiau is a daring cocktail with a very special ingredient, the scorpion. It is completed with an infusion of a French sweet wine, an orgeat of basil, raspberry and egg white.

Recipe of Asinmiau:

4,5cl Gin L’Arbre
2cl infusion of a French sweet wine “sauternes” with scorpion
1cl orgeat* of basil
1cl raspberry
1 egg white

Preparation Asinmiau: “Shake” all the ingredients and serve it with a cup.
Garnish: scorpion**, pipes and lyophilized raspberry.
